All prices include 27% VAT. In case your paper is longer than 8 pages, an overlength charge of 25 €/page apply.

Full price/Student registration fee includes:

• Presentation of 1 submitted paper; for second paper submissions applies an additional fee*

*Exception: One Demo Paper is free if it is authored and presented by an author who has already registered a full paper or abstract.

Hotel Booking

The Organizers provide hotel reservation opportunities for CogMob2026 participants. Rooms of various categories are available through the online registration.

Hotel reservations are on a “first come, first-served” basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible since the beginning of October is a very popular touristic period in Budapest and the rooms in many hotels are limited.

Confirmation

Please indicate the number or pro-forma invoice/invoice. Confirmation and invoice will be sent to all participants by the Organizers upon receipt of registration and payment.

Cancellation policy of registration and hotel booking

All cancellations and changes must be sent to the Organizers (event@rsvp.hu) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the CogMob2026 Conference.

Refund will be applied as follows:

• 90% of total costs if the ordered items are cancelled before September 7, 2026
• 0% of total costs thereafter.

Registration for Members of the Chamber of Engineers

The conference qualifies as a professional continuing education event for members of the Budapest and Pest County Chamber of Engineers.

The participation fee is EUR 39 + VAT (27%)/day, which includes coffee breaks and hot meal. After completing the registration, the payment deadline is Monday, 21 September 2026. The participation fee can be transferred to the bank account of RSVP Event Ltd. indicated below.

Payment

Payments shall be made in EUR to the CogMob2026 Conference Organizers by bank transfer. All bank fees should be paid by the sender.
