4th International Conference on Cognitive Mobility
2-3 October, 2025 | Budapest, Hungary

Scope

Cognitive Mobility (CogMob) investigates the entangled combination of research areas such as mobility, transportation, vehicle engineering, social sciences, artificial intelligence, and cognitive infocommunications. The key aim of CogMob is to provide a holistic view of how mobility in a broader sense can be understood, described (modeled), and optimized as a blended combination of artificial and natural/human cognitive systems. It considers this integration as one inseparable CogMob system and explores the emerging cognitive capabilities of this system.

Main Topics of CogMob 2025

  • Artificial Cognitive Capabilities in Mobility
  • AI, Maschine and Deep Learning in Transport
  • Cognitive Logistics
  • Human-Machine Interface at Mobility
  • Cognitive Approach in Supply Chain
  • Fuels and Lubricants for Vehicles
  • Sustainability in Cognitive Transport Infrastructure
  • Machine Learning for Vehicle and Traffic Control

Special emphasis is placed on the railway sector, which plays a key role in the future of sustainable and intelligent transport. Rail systems provide a complex, high-impact environment for deploying cognitive technologies such as AI-driven diagnostics, safety innovations and predictive maintenance. These railway-related themes are essential pillars of CogMob2025 and receive dedicated focus throughout the conference program.

  • Smart Diagnostics of Railway Infrastructure
  • Railway Safety Equipment
  • Machine Learning Application in Rail

Selected papers will be invited to be published with extended version in highly ranked journals.
